Thanks for your interest. We are currently collecting names and schedule preferences for a future 4-week Balance & Mobility class. If there is enough interest, we’ll open a dedicated class time.
This class will focus on gentle Tai Chi and Qigong for balance, mobility, stiffness, and confidence. We may also offer optional online practice support for students who want simple videos to review between classes.
