Old Pueblo Tai Chi is exploring a dedicated 4-week Balance & Mobility class for adults and older adults who want gentle, step-by-step Tai Chi and Qigong focused on steadiness, mobility, stiffness, and confidence.
Instead of asking you to commit right away, we’re starting by gathering interest and schedule preferences.
Let us know you’re interested and tell us what days and times usually work best for you.
Once enough people are interested, we’ll open a dedicated class time for the Balance & Mobility class.
Students who are ready can join The Gentle Movement Foundation, a 4-week beginner Tai Chi and Qigong class focused on balance, mobility, posture, breath, and confidence.
We may also offer short online practice videos for students who want simple reminders between classes.

This will not be a fast-paced workout or advanced martial arts class. It will be a calm, supportive introduction to gentle movement.
Simple Tai Chi and Qigong movements designed to support balance and mobility.
Practice slowly without pressure to keep up.
Use chair support for steadiness whenever helpful.
Learn entirely standing or seated. No getting down on the floor.
Short practice videos may be available for students who want simple reminders between classes.
