Is Stiffness or Unsteadiness Holding You Back?

Maybe getting out of a chair feels harder than it used to.

Maybe you feel less steady on uneven ground, or more cautious when walking through a parking lot, garden, or grocery store.

Many people want to stay active, but they need a gentle place to begin.

This future Balance & Mobility class may be a good fit if you are:

  • An older adult who wants to stay active and independent
  • Feeling stiff, unsteady, or less confident than you used to
  • Intimidated by fast-paced gyms or fitness classes
  • Looking for gentle movement with step-by-step guidance
  • Interested in a 4-week beginner class focused on balance and mobility
  • Interested in optional online practice support between classes
  • Wanting to share your schedule preferences before a new class time is created
