What Is World Tai Chi Day?

World Tai Chi Day is an annual global event held on the last Saturday of April. People around the world gather in parks, public spaces, and studios to practice together and share the benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong.

What to Expect

A simple, welcoming flow from arrival to close.

Arrive and Settle In

Find a comfortable spot on the grass, get oriented, and say hello. There is no rush and no formal setup required.

Community Practice Begins

Dan Kimball will guide gentle Tai Chi and Qigong movements that are slow, simple, and easy to follow.

11:00 AM

Close and Connect

The formal practice wraps up. You are welcome to stay, ask questions, or enjoy a little time in the park afterward.
