This midweek session follows the same gentle format and is ideal for building consistency, improving balance, and becoming more comfortable with the movements over time.

Join us for a free outdoor gathering in Tucson in honor of World Tai Chi Day. No registration or prior experience is needed, and all ages are welcome.
Monday is an excellent starting point, but beginners are welcome at any class. The instruction is clear, and the pace is gentle.
