A gentle 60-minute class that combines Tai Chi movement with Qigong breathing and mindful practice. A strong starting point for beginners and a supportive option for anyone returning to movement.

Wednesday Tai Chi & Qigong for Health

This midweek session follows the same gentle format and is ideal for building consistency, improving balance, and becoming more comfortable with the movements over time.

Monday is an excellent starting point, but beginners are welcome at any class. The instruction is clear, and the pace is gentle.
