Old Pueblo Tai Chi collects only the basic information needed to welcome you safely to class and manage your enrollment:

• Contact Information: Your name, email address, and phone number so we can confirm class registrations, provide receipts, and verify your studio check-in PIN (last 4 digits of your phone number).
• Safety & Waiver: A signed digital safety acknowledgment, an optional emergency contact, and any optional comfort or mobility accommodations you choose to share so Dan can offer helpful movement adjustments.

2. Confidentiality & Respect

Your contact details and optional health notes are kept strictly confidential and are only accessed by your instructor, Dan Kimball, to ensure safe and comfortable instruction. We never sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with third-party marketers or advertisers.

3. Payment Processing

All online pass transactions are securely processed through Stripe. Old Pueblo Tai Chi never sees, handles, or stores your credit or debit card numbers on our servers.

4. Cookies & Website Use

We use essential session cookies strictly to keep you signed in to your student portal and remember your registration steps. If you visit through an educational referral link, a temporary attribution tag may be used to credit the referring community partner without tracking your personal health information.

5. Your Rights & How to Contact Us

You have the right to review, update, or request the deletion of your personal records and contact details at any time.
